Hunters Bowling, founded by Ken and Bill Hunter in 1951, has made consistent dedication to growth and innovation. In 1982, they made a significant investment by introducing automatic scoring systems across 80 lanes, greatly improving the bowler’s experience. Fast forward to 2023, and Eastview and Fairhaven Bowl are set to receive exciting new upgrades, demonstrating Hunters Bowling’s unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier bowling entertainment for the community, building upon its enduring legacy.

1962Bowl Arena Ltd purchased the equipment and took over the lease at Grosvenor Park Lanes (16 Lanes) until 1981.

1976Eastview Bowl. Building & Equipment - 24 Lanes. 16 5-pin lanes + 8 10-pin lanes.
1980Grosvenor Park Bowl Arena closes. Bowlers accommodated at Eastview Bowl and Fairhaven Bowl.
1981Bowling needed automatic scoring. 80 lanes of 5 and 10-pin at KG Bowl, Eastview Bowl and Fairhaven Bowl were upgraded. Invested $500,000 into Paule Systems for research and development and provided input and feedback on appearance of screens.
